RETURNS & DAMAGED ITEMS

If you need to request a return, report a faulty item, damaged product, incorrect order or printing issue, you must contact us through this website before sending anything back.

Please do not return any item without first receiving return instructions from us.

Our products may be produced and fulfilled from different locations, which means the address shown on your parcel may not be the correct returns address.

Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide the appropriate next steps and, where applicable, the correct return details.

Because many Mugged & Loaded products are produced after an order is placed, production may begin quickly.

If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact us through the website as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be amended or cancelled once it has entered production.

PERSONALISED ORDERS

Please check all names, wording, images, sizes and customisation carefully before completing your order.

Where an item has been produced using information supplied by you, we may not be able to replace or refund it because of an error in the information submitted.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not supplied as ordered.
